If you decline, or if the appliance cannot be repaired (e.g. spares are unavailable), the R300 remains payable for the assessment work performed.
How long until I get a quote?+
Usually 1 to 3 working days. Timing depends on suppliers providing us with pricing and confirming parts availability.
Do you collect and deliver?+
Collection and delivery is available for domestic fridges and freezers (a transport charge applies in addition to the assessment fee, confirmed when you book). All other appliances are brought to our Pretoria workshop by the customer.
