We set up your plan
When we install an air conditioner for you, we create a service maintenance plan for that unit — one full major service per year.

We track every unit
Each unit we install is logged in our Service Manager system, so we know exactly when its annual service is due.

We remind you
When a unit is due for its service, we let you know by SMS or WhatsApp — you don't have to keep track of the dates yourself.

We service the unit
Once you give us the go-ahead, we schedule and carry out the annual major service.

Your plan covers

What it costs
The annual major service is charged separately — it is not included in the installation price. Each year's service is priced as a standard major service, by unit type.
As a guide, most air conditioners benefit from a service at least once a year — more often in dusty conditions or with heavy daily use.
