Frequently asked questions
Do you repair dishwashers?
Yes — domestic dishwashers in our Pretoria workshop; these are brought in by the customer (collection and delivery is for fridges and freezers only).
My dishwasher won't drain, isn't cleaning properly or is leaking — can you help?
Yes. Drainage, poor cleaning and leaks are among the most common dishwasher faults. Bring it to the workshop and we'll diagnose and quote before any work.
How much does it cost to assess my dishwasher?
A R300 assessment fee is paid upfront when you hand the appliance in; it covers inspection, testing and diagnosis. If you accept the repair quote the R300 is deducted from the total. If you decline, or if the appliance cannot be repaired (e.g. spares are unavailable), the R300 remains payable for the assessment work performed.
Is there a guarantee on the repair?
Yes. Our repairs are backed by a 3 Month Repair Guarantee covering our workmanship and the specific repaired fault. Replacement parts are covered according to applicable supplier terms.
