- ✓Indoor unit mounted, with the outdoor unit fitted directly outside (back-to-back)
- ✓Refrigerant pipe set, insulation and mounting brackets
- ✓Condensate drain and a short wall penetration
- ✓Indoor–outdoor interconnecting wiring
- ✓Vacuum, commissioning and a refrigerant leak check
Not included
- –Pipe and cable runs beyond a basic back-to-back layout, or trunking over distance
- –Distribution-board (DB) work, dedicated circuits and the Certificate of Compliance
- –Core drilling through difficult structures, crane or scaffolding access
Smaller units (roughly 9 000–18 000 BTU) are connected to your nearest existing wall plug. Larger units — non-inverter above 18 000 BTU, or inverter above 24 000 BTU — must be connected to your distribution board by a registered electrician on a dedicated circuit (with a Certificate of Compliance); this DB connection is arranged by you and is not included.
