Yes. Not heating, not drying properly, or taking too long are common tumble dryer faults. We'll assess it and send a written quote before any repair.
How much does it cost to assess my tumble dryer?
A R300 assessment fee is paid upfront when you hand the appliance in; it covers inspection, testing and diagnosis. If you accept the repair quote the R300 is deducted from the total. If you decline, or if the appliance cannot be repaired (e.g. spares are unavailable), the R300 remains payable for the assessment work performed.
Is there a guarantee on the repair?
Yes. Our repairs are backed by a 3 Month Repair Guarantee covering our workmanship and the specific repaired fault. Replacement parts are covered according to applicable supplier terms.
