3Step 3Your approvalIf you accept, the R300 is deducted from the repair cost. If you decline, the R300 covers the assessment work done.

4Step 4Repair, test & collectWe repair and test your vacuum cleaner, then let you know when it's ready to collect from our Pretoria workshop. Repairs are backed by our 3 Month Repair Guarantee.

Yes. Loss of suction, power problems and burning smells are common vacuum cleaner faults. Bring it to the workshop and we'll assess it and send a written quote.
How much does it cost to assess my vacuum cleaner?
A R300 assessment fee is paid upfront when you hand the appliance in; it covers inspection, testing and diagnosis. If you accept the repair quote the R300 is deducted from the total. If you decline, or if the appliance cannot be repaired (e.g. spares are unavailable), the R300 remains payable for the assessment work performed.
Is there a guarantee on the repair?
Yes. Our repairs are backed by a 3 Month Repair Guarantee covering our workmanship and the specific repaired fault. Replacement parts are covered according to applicable supplier terms.
