Bring your appliance to our Pretoria workshop. Collection and delivery is available for domestic fridges and freezers; all other appliances are brought in by the customer.

1Step 1Drop-off & R300 assessment feeBring your appliance to our Pretoria workshop (domestic fridges and freezers can be collected). The R300 assessment fee is paid upfront and covers inspection, testing and diagnosis.

2Step 2Assessment & quoteWe diagnose the fault and send an itemised quote, usually within 1 to 3 working days (subject to supplier pricing and parts availability).

3Step 3Your approvalIf you accept, the R300 is deducted from the repair cost. If you decline, the R300 covers the assessment work done.

Frequently asked questions
How much is the assessment fee?
A R300 assessment fee is paid upfront when you hand your appliance in; it covers inspection, testing and diagnosis. If you accept the repair quote the R300 is deducted from the total. If you decline, or if the appliance cannot be repaired (e.g. spares are unavailable), the R300 remains payable for the assessment work performed.
How long until I get a quote?
Usually 1 to 3 working days. Timing depends on suppliers providing us with pricing and confirming parts availability.
Do you collect and deliver?
Collection and delivery is available for domestic fridges and freezers (a transport charge applies in addition to the assessment fee, confirmed when you book). All other appliances are brought to our Pretoria workshop by the customer.

Bring the appliance in and pay the assessment fee, then assessment, quotation, your approval, repair, testing, and collection.
